Management consulting firm GNC Group has this week announced an alliance with retail software provider SYMPHONY GOLD.
Based in Paris, France, SYMPHONY GOLD provides cloud-based software solutions which drive profitability growth for retailers and consumer products companies. SYMPHONY GOLD solutions translate customer intelligence into optimised solutions in merchandising, supply chain and store operations.
GNC Group partner Luke Ritchie said:
We are excited by the growth opportunities created by this complementary alliance and our aligned values, as we combine GNC Group’s specialised retail consulting services with Symphony GOLD’s robust software solutions.
The alliance — which marries the power of the Symphony GOLD platform and GNC Group’s focus on developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive business value — provides a key team for the Asia Pacific region. While the initial focus for both firms will be on retail operations and supply chain, GNC Group and Symphony GOLD are partnering across the entire GOLD set of offerings, which includes merchandising, category management and customer engagement. This software portfolio and GNC Group’s proven ability to boost business efficiency, reduce costs and enhance revenue for the companies with which they work, provides a 360-degree service for mutual clients.
Oscar Garcia-Velasco, Regional Vice-President of Sales for SYMPHONY GOLD is excited at the new opportunities presented by the alliance:
Symphony GOLD is proud to be partnering with GNC Group. Working together we can provide added value to new as well as our existing mutual CPG and retailer customers in the Asia Pacific region. We provide a proven software platform for our retail and manufacturing clients, and GNC Group provides everything else around the project—be it consultation on client process, change management, commercial insights and more.
