DELIVERING SUPPLY CHAIN STRATEGY AND COST SAVINGS HAS PROVEN THAT A FIT-FOR-PURPOSE PROPERTY SOLUTION IS CRITICAL. WE FOCUS ON HOW THE PROPERTY DECISION SUPPORTS OVERALL BUSINESS PERFORMANCE AND UNDERSTAND THAT BY KNOWING YOUR FUTURE PLAN AND MAPPING AN IDEAL NETWORK AGAINST THIS, THE PROPERTY DECISION PATHS BECOME CLEAR. WE ALSO RECOGNISE HOW CRITICAL IT IS TO BE TRULY INDEPENDENT AND OBJECTIVE IN SUPPORTING OUR CLIENTS.
GNC Group is a Melbourne-based consulting firm which has its origins in operational commercial finance within the retail industry. Now in their seventh year and with a growing team of 56 across three offices, GNC Group continues to expand their portfolio into other industry sectors including government, manufacturing, not-for-profit and utilities. Unlike traditional advisory consulting groups, which provide advice and then leave, GNC Group services extend to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
