Your work environment
Our consultants typically work in small teams with guidance from more senior members. We expect that working directly with clients will help our less experienced consultants build skills to take on more independent engagements.
Senior consultants have greater strategic client and engagement management responsibilities while coaching and mentoring team members to reach their potential.
We spend most working days embedded on site with clients and return regularly to the office for events. Where suitable, our team members may spend some time working remotely.
